Youth United Dayton

Youth United Dayton is a youth group started in 2021 to encourage cultural and social interaction among multicultural children and youth in the Dayton area. It is also a service group where these children and youth plan service projects to actively give back to the community. This group is largely run by a group of local highschoolers. They have periodically organized group volunteer events in the Miami Valley area and kept in close contact with local non-profit organizations. These events include cleaning up river banks to protect the environment, making Jack-O-Lanterns for the Fall Lantern Festival, Packing meals to fight hunger in Africa, mulching the flower beds in local parks and putting together lunch kits for local homeless shelters, etc.
