I am a native of Nanjing, Jiangsu, and moved to the United States in the late 1980s. For over 30 years, I dedicated myself to basic research in life sciences, working at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Now retired, I enjoy a peaceful life at home.

In my spare time, I pursue my passion for photography and hope to use my skills to help underprivileged children and contribute to charitable foundations in my own small way.
