Olivia Feng

Harvard University

Olivia Feng is a servant changemaker and equity advocate. As President of the Appleton Youth Education Initiative, she’s impacted 2000+ by launching over 20 free educational events to bridge opportunity gaps, from international hackathons to health-focused career field trips. As Wisconsin HOSA’s 2025 State VP of Service, she led 5,000+ members in impactful service initiatives and empowered students to become future health professionals. With Wisconsin Providers and Teens Communicating for Health, she’s organized 20+ workshops on healthcare rights, advised 60+ health organizations on adolescent health issues, and spearheaded projects like developing accessible health education modules with the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A strong believer of accessibility, she started the Period Project to provide 12,000+ feminine hygiene products to individuals in her school.


Now, as a Freshman at Harvard University, she brings education opportunities to under-resourced students with the Harvard Undergraduate Global Education Movement, spreads Chinese culture and builds community as a Freshman Representative with the Harvard-Radcliffe Chinese Students Association, and researches innovative financing models to support the scale-up of ventures across 30+ countries with the Harvard University Global Research and Consulting Group.
