The North American Prominent Chinese Highschool Student Public Service Scholarship is the highest recognition by the North America Volunteers for the Chinese youth who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to public service as well as leadership. Through this award & scholarship, our organization hopes to inspire and encourage more Chinese youth to engage in community and public activities, politics, humanity and eventually become the leaders of our society. This award & scholarship is given out once a year. All Chinese high school students in the North American area can apply. The evaluators come from different states, who have no relationship with the applicants. The winners will receive a plaque, a certificate and a scholarship that is no less than $2,000. All winners need to come to the award ceremony to claim the award and scholarship.

北美杰出华裔高中生公益奖学金是北美志愿者组织对在公益服务和领导力方面表现特别优异的华裔青年的最高认可。通过这一奖项和奖学金，我们希望激励和鼓励更多的华裔青年参与社区和公共活动、政治、人道主义事业，并最终成为社会的领导者。
