Juntao Bao

Chairman 

 

Mr. Juntao Bao holds dual master’s degrees in Accounting and Computer Science. He is an alumnus of the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and earned his second master’s degree in Computer Science during his studies in the United States. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bao has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice Principal of the Atlanta Contemporary Chinese Academy, President of the Atlanta IT Association, and senior executive at a globally recognized IT corporation. He is also a partner of the Atlanta 711 Public Media Platform and the founder and principal of EliteCoach101: North America Career Advancement School. 

Mr. Bao exemplifies a strong commitment to both professional excellence and community service. In his professional capacity, he consistently delivers impactful results, while dedicating his evenings and spare time to volunteerism. He has led initiatives to provide educational funding and support for underprivileged children in China and has worked to develop leadership skills and a sense of social responsibility among youth in North America. 

His contributions have earned him significant recognition, including being named one of Georgia’s Most Influential Asian Americans in 2014. In 2021, he was honored with the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service, a prestigious accolade signed by the President of the United States.

 

Liping Deng 

Vice Chairwoman

Liping Deng holds Master’s degrees in both Statistics and Business Administration (Finance). She currently specializes in statistical and machine learning modeling for model risk management and AI governance within the fintech industry.

Beyond her professional career, Liping is a passionate advocate for empowering Chinese American youth through education and community service. She is dedicated to supporting young people in their personal growth, with a strong focus on developing communication and leadership skills through active participation in public service initiatives. Her work aims to inspire the next generation to make meaningful contributions to their communities and to build a brighter, stronger future.

 

Yihong Cao

Director, Chief Financial Officer 

​

Yihong Cao holds a Master of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and taxation in both China and the United States, she is dedicated to serving small and medium-sized enterprises as well as individuals. Her expertise lies in financial consulting, tax processing, and declaration, where she provides tailored solutions with professionalism and care. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Cao is passionate about giving back to society. With years of accounting experience, she actively contributes to community development. Although she was born and raised in a bustling city, she deeply understands the significance of basic education for children in remote and impoverished areas. Motivated by this awareness, she is committed to doing her utmost to support and uplift children in underserved regions.

 

Wen Liu 

Director, Legal Advisor

Wen Liu holds a degree in international law, contract law, and commercial law. With over 20 years of extensive experience in legal work across China, Europe, and the United States, she has built a distinguished career in the field of law. In addition to her practical expertise, Liu has dedicated 12 years to teaching international law, contract law, and commercial law, sharing her knowledge and guiding the next generation of legal professionals. 

As part of her commitment to community service, she has also served at the Atlanta Modern Chinese School, where she contributed to educational initiatives and community development. Liu’s dedication to both her profession and public service reflects her passion for fostering legal awareness and supporting education.

 

Jiangning Zhu

Director, Director of Project Audit Department

Jiangning Zhu is a passionate advocate for public welfare, dedicating his time and efforts to supporting charitable initiatives. He has made significant suggestions and contributions to the foundation and has personally represented the foundation on three occasions to deliver financial aid to underprivileged children in remote rural areas. 

Jiangning serves as the President of the Yunnan Association of Atlanta, where he has proven to be an outstanding organizer and leader in Chinese community activities. Known for his grounded and diligent approach, he possesses exceptional organizational and coordination skills, as well as strong practical operational capabilities. His commitment and leadership continue to make a positive impact on both the local community and those in need.

 

Ziqiang Su 

Director of Website Management Department

Ziqiang Su is deeply committed to the foundation’s mission and plays a vital role as the Director of the Website Management Department. He feels truly honored and happy to collaborate with the many dedicated volunteers of the foundation. 

With a strong sense of responsibility and compassion, Su devotes himself to supporting Chinese children in need, both in China and the United States, striving to make a meaningful impact on their lives. His contributions reflect his unwavering dedication to public welfare and his desire to give back to the community. 

 

Yan Guo

Director of Photography and Videography Department

​

With 15 years of experience in IT and over 10 years in education in the United States, Yan Guo has made significant contributions to the foundation. As one of the first 28 individuals involved in its establishment, she has been an active participant in the foundation’s growth and development. Over the years, Guo has played a key role in various charity events, working behind the scenes on photography, videography, and video editing. Her passion for these activities and her dedication to the foundation reflect her commitment to its mission and her desire to make a positive impact. She takes great pride in witnessing and supporting the growth of the North America Volunteers Foundation. 

 

Charles Li, MD

Director of North American Prominent High School Student Scholarship Program

​

 Dr. Charles Li holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and is currently the CEO of Georgia Regional Hospital Atlanta.  With the strong commitment to the development of the Chinese American community, he is passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders, especially in the political field.

Dr. Li is dedicated to shaping young minds and guiding them toward success in their life journey. As the Director of North American Prominent High School Student Scholarship Program, he plays a crucial role in identifying and supporting talented students, helping them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.

 

Dr. Wenlin Michelle Huang

Director of Youth Leadership Training Programs

Dr. Huang holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and has a diverse professional background,

having worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Coca-Cola

Company. Currently she is a full professor at Georgia Gwinnett College. With a firm belief that education is the cornerstone of a nation's future, Dr. Huang is committed to working together with others in the foundation to inspire and support the next generation. She is in charge of the Youth Leadership Training Programs, which provides excellent opportunities for students to practice essential skills and prepare them to lead and succeed in the future.

 

Hong Wang 

Director of Shine A Light

Hong holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Engineering and has had an impressive career working for APL and UPS, two major transportation service companies. With vast experience in the industry, she has developed a strong foundation in both mathematics and engineering. 

Currently semi-retired, Wang is eager to dedicate her time to giving back to the community and supporting children. She is passionate about using her skills and experiences to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need, and she actively seeks opportunities to contribute to meaningful causes in her spare time.  

 

Dr. Qing Shao

Director

Dr. Qing Shao holds a PhD in Physics and is currently a professor of Physics with over 10 years of teaching experience in the University System of Georgia. She is passionate about community service and public welfare and readily dedicates her spare time to working with the foundation to cultivate the younger generation of Chinese Americans, enhancing the influence of the Chinese community in American society.

 

Enzhong Liu

Director of ‘President’s Volunteer Service Award’ Audit Department

​

Enzhong, an experienced accounting and finance professional, has been a dedicated volunteer with North America Volunteers since 2016 and also serves as a board member for another non-profit organization. Inspired by the meaningful causes these organizations support, I remain committed to contributing to their missions. Originally from Tianjin, I have lived in Georgia for the past 15+ years with my wife and two daughters. Outside of volunteering, I enjoy sports and traveling.

 

Caixia Wu

Director

​

Graduated from Xi'an University of Finance and Economics in Shanxi, Caixia previously worked at the Headquarter of Minsheng Bank and CITIC-Prudential Life Insurance Company. After coming to the United States, I was deeply drawn to the mission of the North America Volunteers and the team I now work with. I hope to contribute to society through my efforts, especially by supporting the growth of children and creating more possibilities for the future of the Chinese community. This work brings me a profound sense of fulfillment and meaning, while also allowing me to grow continuously through serving others. With gratitude in my heart, I will continue moving forward!
